Tala Voosoghi

Tala Voosoghi is a dedicated professional with a sole focus on U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Law. As an active member of the State Bar of New York since 2010, she brings extensive expertise in representing clients before the USCIS and Immigration Courts throughout the United States. Tala’s commitment to her field extends internationally, as she is also admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia, Canada. Tala obtained her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from the University of Calgary in Calgary, Canada. Prior to this, she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia, Canada, majoring in International Relations and Political Science, and minoring in French. In 2012, she was admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor in the province of British Columbia, Canada. Her academic and professional journey reflects her dedication to the fields of law and international relations.

Prior to attending law school, Tala was selected by the Canadian government to work as a Junior Professional Consultant at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. There, she focused on international security and post-conflict disarmament. Following this role, Tala continued her work in Geneva at the International Organization for Migration, specifically in the emergency and post-conflict unit. Tala’s experience at the United Nations and the International Organization for Migration has provided her with a deep understanding of global immigration and humanitarian efforts.

Tala, being an immigrant herself, holds a unique understanding of the immigrant journey and the challenges that come with it. Her commitment to providing dedicated and personalized service ensures that your needs are given the utmost attention.
